The Challenge will help you broaden your perspective and guide you to see the way ..the way of yoga as it is. The sole purpose of this challenging flow is to help you calm down and embrace the moments as it is as they unfold in front of you.
The flow is slow enough to be aware and reflect and deep enough to try and understand your true self.

Timings: 5 to 6 pm
Starting date: First day of Ramadan
End date: Last day of Ramadan.
Energy exchange: 1680 Dirhams including vat
