Bikram Yoga Workshop
Bikram Yoga Workshop

Venue: Eco Yoga Sanctuary
Instructor: Victoria Cunningham
Timing: 12:00pm - 03:30pm
Fees: 420 AED

The workshop will cover a full explanation how to manage the Bikram postures in a correct way. Emphasising on the benefits of each posture and the DO’ and DON’T’S Starting with the standing series. Step by step guide of the benefits of each posture.

 

The floor series will be conducted in the same way a full description of the benefits and correct way to compose the postures.

 

We shall finish the workshop with a 75-minute class with a heated room to put to practice what we have learnt from the workshop.

 

We shall have an understanding of the Sanskrit names.

 

 

You will receive a handout with a description of the postures the benefits and the benefits in full. Also, a printout of the postures.

 

Please bring water a towel to put on your mat.

 

In between we shall take a 15-minute break so it would be wise to bring a few nuts or dried fruit and plenty of water coconut water is a very good drink to put back your natural electrolytes.
