Asma AlMajed
Years ago, I fell in love with Yoga. Yoga has awakened every part of my body, nurturing a relationship of friendship, love and gratitude with every part me. Yoga has brought back to my life the feeling of happiness and joy from my daily yoga practice, breathing exercises and meditation.
Eager to aspire women by my personal journey, I started teaching Yoga, to share a practice with value, lifestyle, philosophy behind Yoga practice. I've earned my Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Certificate after 300 Hours of Teachers Training Course. Furthermore, I'm a Time Line Practitioner, Choice Theory & Reality Coach, and a QATA Master Coach. I lead Yoga Retreats in all around the world and facilitate intimate women circles.
Each class I teach is a reflection of what Yoga taught me, that is to love unconditionally. This love comes with respect: to respect my body and not treat her like a stranger and to respect her desire to rest when she needs rest. Love that teaches me live the moment and enjoy it. Love that reminds to take things slow, everything will happen at the right time. I look forward to see lives I touch how self-awareness and taking good care of ourselves will lead us. Guiding, inspiring, and supporting until we all become the better version of ourselves.

Harsha Makhija
I started my formal education in the wellness industry in 2010, completing 1500 hours of Classical Pilates Teacher Training,The Pilates Institute, USA. I had several realisations ,the most important being - that working out is not a one hour thing we do in the gym or studio, it is a mindset and a way of life. What you eat, who you speak with, what action you do, how you think, all your sensory receptors are at work.
I have been teaching for over 10 years since and am still continuing formal education in Food and Nutrition.

Lenka Cardova
Hi there, my name is Lenka. Let me share my journey with you and how I found myself in this beautiful world of yoga. I found yoga 3,5 years ago while trying to figure out who I am and what I want. Yoga helped me to reconnect with myself and find my purpose and passion. Yoga healed my heart and transformed my life physically, mentally and spiritually.
I completed my YTT In November 2020 in Dubai and I’ve been teaching since then. Teaching brings me purpose, joy and opportunity to share my knowledge with others. I teach Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha.
My goal as a teacher is to have my students leave each class feeling grounded and balanced. I wish to inspire my students to find self awareness and inner peace. I believe yoga goes beyond the physical practice, it is the interconnection of mind, body and soul. Yoga is not a workout, it’s a work in.

Maria
My journey with yoga started 8 years ago.
In my childhood I was diagnosed with scoliosis which with time became severe. The only solution that the doctors were giving me was the surgery. I started practicing yoga as a patient myself. And my results were so impressive that the example of my healing inspired other people to approach me and ask to teach. This is how I started teaching without even planning to. My first cases were scoliosis and trigeminal neuralgia. And they were successful. In two months we managed to take my client off medication that was prescribed to her at least for a year. At the same time I kept practicing and could get rid of asthma and hypothyroidism in myself.
At some point of my practice parents of autistic children and children with cerebral palsy started to appear in my life asking me for advice and consultation. I started working with cerebral palsy and realized that I needed to deepen and improve my knowledge. This is how therapeutic yoga and Special Yoga London, UK came into my life, gave me knowledge, experience with special needs and certified me. I started working with children and adults with special needs: autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, hearing impairment and many others.
Miassar Allababidi
Being a seeker for knowledge, a traveler fascinated by art & culture, and an examiner constantly interested in understanding & connecting with people. I found myself walking the path of Yoga.
I started practicing Yoga casually 15 years ago under the guidance of my mother. 6 Years ago; with the support, love & guidance of my teachers, I have been blessed to learn, practice and teach Yoga. It has been a tool to investigate and make major changes in my life aiming to live consciously every single day with a full heart and a big smile.
Born with a condition called 'muscular dystrophy' I was raised under the belief that I'm a physically challenged child, and i can never do what "normal" people can do. Practicing yoga helped me conquer these self limiting beliefs not just on the physical level but also mentally and spiritually. This is the reason as a certified yoga teacher with an experience in leading group classes, choreographing workshops, as well as preparing custom made private sessions, I am always interested in helping my students understand, honor & love themselves. By pushing their limits, they start to notice that nothing is impossible and start experiencing change on and off the mat for themselves.
I owe it to the practice to share this beautiful knowledge that i was blessed with and that continues to help me become the best version of myself and hope to inspire whoever crosses my path believe that too. By learning the foundations of Yoga, to connect to our bodies, and use our breath to notice our thought patterns and identify our emotions we become aware of who we are, and why we do the things we do. Only then can we start to make conscious changes and live this beautiful life with awareness, & ease, & start serving people & doing what we love to do with a grateful heart.
Miyuki
Miyuki started yoga in 2010 in Tokyo, Japan. The original goal was one of exercise and a way to help her lose weight. However, she immediately fell in love with the peace of mind yoga brought into her life, as well as the feeling of being refreshed after every class.
In Ramadan of 2019, she took her first yoga class in English in Dubai, and found more time to dedicate to the pursuit of yoga in a more committed way. As she spent more time practicing yoga, it began to evolve from just being a physical practice to the discovery of the true essence of yoga to include the emotional and spiritual aspects as well. In 2021, she finished a 200 hour yoga teacher training course (RYT200), which is certified by Yoga Alliance.
Yoga is for everyone. Your age, gender, or nationality does not matter. Yoga is a journey and lifestyle, not a destination. It is not a competition, but a way to be in touch with your own body, mind, spirit and heart. It is a way to seek a happier and healthier life. Please join me as we take this beautiful journey together.

Zileena Doctor
I am a vinyasa, prenatal & postnatal yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga for as long as I can remember but it was years into my practice, whilst taking some time out in Bali, that I fell in love with the true teachings of yoga. I found that through yoga I was able to stay grounded & connected, to myself and something unexplainably larger. And I also found myself in better shape than when I used to spend hours sweating it out at the gym!
Having escaped the corporate world, I found the time to study yoga, and in 2018, I graduated as a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. After becoming a mother myself, I knew I needed to share my love of yoga with mothers & mothers-to-be, & studied to be a Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher.
I am also a certified Inner Voice Facilitator where I help clients connect with their intuition in an intentional way to find more alignment and flow. It's a unique, yet natural, combination with my yoga teaching as it allows for a holistic approach to life - discovering the connection between mind, body & soul.
