MY name is Aisha Alhumoudi, from United Arab Emirates, graduated from Higher College of Technology as Diploma in Travel and Tourism, as well as Bachelor in International relations from American University in the Emirates. Since 2014 I had very unsettled life such as in relationships, finances and career and health. As much I am giving, I don’t see any improvement in my life so I felt so depressed, people not fair with me, treated me very badly from friends, family and worked. So one of my friends suggests doing consultation with a lady who’s doing energy therapy, I did, and I felt better. Later on I got message to search in instagram about theta healing to do sessions, I try it, and I felt much better and released. Then I asked my teacher who did theta healing session and decide to attend one course to know what is theta healing? After that my life changed and it gives me new version of Aisha. I can say Theta healing is a modality to change from inside to outside and to be only you, its exploration about YOURSELF and YOUR PURPOSE. Theta healing gave me a passion that always dreamt to do and to show other people what are 6 elements am always share it “ LOVE unconditionally, PEACE , HAVING FAITH, TRUST, BELIEVE and KEEP MOVING”
Introduction of the Theta healing and the founder: This treatment was developed by coincidence when Mrs. Vianna Stibal was in 1995, subject to cancer therapy, and the doctors had been pushed by amputations, after many therapeutic meetings and different styles, received a kind of hesitation and cosmic energy that there was a therapy style that he should be subject to spiritual communication with the creator. So this lady started to treat herself and it really said that she had healed cancer from a single session and started after therapy and develops that method of treatment.
I started attend theta healing workshops all the levels since 2017 as practitioner. Also, Certified from the founder Vianna Stibal as Instructor teacher of theta healing BASIC DNA AND ADVANCED DNA Instructor in Switzerland.

Binita’s Yoga journey started over 10 years ago. Her reason for practicing Yoga was to go somewhere after work where she could unwind from her busy day as a management consultant in London. Noticing that she was able to relax and sleep well on the day she had attended class she took up Yoga as a regular activity.
A move to Dubai enabled her to re-think her career, she decided to pursue what she loved doing most: Yoga. She joined a Hatha Teacher training course offered by her long-term teacher based in London. The initial reason to join was simply to find out more about the philosophy of Yoga, however as the training progressed she quickly realised that she wanted to share her passion with others. Binita is registered with REPs Dubai and is also a member of Yoga Alliance U.K.
Binita’s teaching derives from the belief that Yoga is for all and it provides tools and ideas for her students to carry with them in their day-to-day life. She guides her students on a journey to reconnect the mind and body. Each class is different, postures are selected to awaken the inner warrior when mental strength is needed, another can restore inner balance to achieve calmness; while another can facilitate the flow of creative energy – in turn, allowing the student to explore and see the infinite possibilities available to all. She also believes Yoga is about having fun, enjoying and sharing the journey with everyone.
I am passionate about yoga, alignment, breathing and I use my NLP coaching skills in my Yoga classes, as well as my Hypnotherapist background to help people help themselves, to become aware of what they want, how can a change be achieved on the yoga mat and beyond.

- Years teaching: 5
I was born and raised in Italy where I've been a figure skater for 13 years of training and competing internationally, but something was always missing: it could not be all about performance. Then in 2013 I went to my first yoga class, and that was it!
Since my 200hrs teacher training at Shiva Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh (India) I have been traveling the world sharing my love for yoga.
In Spain I've met my teacher Priya Nath Camargo, under whom I've deepened my studies on yoga anatomy and biomechanics. This journey led me to get an additional 500hrs teacher training certificate.
Later on, I've traveled to Costa Rica for an equine yoga teacher program where I've learned how to use yoga as a tool to establish a deep connection with horses.
Considering meditation as a crucial part of the practice, I've also attended a profoundly transforming Vipassana Meditation seminar in Dubai.
My aim as yoga teacher is to create a safe space where we can all better understand each other and where we can heal together.

I used to do yoga on and off for years but finally did my first 200 hrs teacher training in 2017 at the Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre in Chennai in India. I wanted to get more into the therapeutic application of yoga so I finished 200 hr training with Kaya Yoga Therapy in Dubai and currently I am doing my last assignments before being certified as 500 hr RYT with Kaya Yoga Therapy.I have taught classes both group and private classes in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bali, Phuket and India. I love teaching vinyasa flow as I am a very active person and enjoy the connection between the breath and the movement. I believe everyone should own their yoga practise and honour their body to do what feels right at the same time I pay special attention to the correct alignment of the asanas as only through safe practise one can continue practise yoga for many years.

I would really love to share my passion in teaching yoga and would love to extend this the community. In this day of age with technology dominating our daily lives, we get too caught up in our daily routines, more than ever, the children needs to have the opportunity to decompress and express themselves. They need to do something to find joy and enjoy their moments to just be. Yoga provides children to be still and calm in this fast paced environment. Yoga will keep them engage but at the same time, It will teach them that not everything is about competition. They will learn humility and selfless sharing, connect to nature, animals, even to connecting to their own breath and body so they can be fully present.

Influenced by my experience and my travels, I bring my sincere love for yoga to every class I hold, always teaching from the heart. I vary between invigorating, strengthening power flows and softer, gentler reviving flows. Through intention, breath, movement, & mindfulness, my goal is to ensure that students are physically & mentally challenged, and that they leave every class feeling energized, refreshed and renewed. I look forward to moving and flowing with you!

Hello! I'm Retchel Singson, and I live in Dubai, Dubai. I've been a ZIN™ Member since Mar 2016 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast! Got questions, don't hesitate to drop me a message!
My name is Roxie Villasis from Philippines.
I lived in Dubai in the last 13 years.
I joined yoga classes without awareness. I just loved the movement, asanas and flow.
I asked myself; why I’m practicing yoga anyway? In my 4 years of experiencing yoga firsthand, my perception changed a lot not only my body physically but honestly my breathing and especially how I see life in general. My overall perception of yoga has changed when I enrolled myself in YTTC (Yoga teachers training Course ) in India Coimbatore. It deepened my knowledge simply because I studied how postures connect to the breathing techniques. How major joints work, body anatomy, muscles, ligaments etc.
Nowadays social media has a vast influence on people. It changes the original look of things, yoga is more than what you see on Instagram or Facebook. As a yoga teacher I’m excited to share the five principles in yoga : proper exercise (Asanas) proper breathing (pranayama )
proper relaxation (savasana ) proper diet positive thinking (Vedanta & Dhyana) these 5 pillars constitute the essence of teaching yoga thoroughly and mindfully, with the goal to focus more on one’s inner self.
There is the importance of yoga asana. Yoga Asana is arranged in a way to very gently move the joints and muscles in a specific way to create more awareness of the body postures, improve blood circulation combined with deep breaths.
Lastly, by relaxing deeply all the muscles the yogi can thoroughly rejuvenate the nervous system and attain a deep sense of inner peace , improve physical and spiritual wellbeing.
I believed in the saying:
“Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of consciousness“
I am Sara, I am in love with dancing because it makes me feel happy, and i really love to make the people around me feel the same way, so i chose to teach Zumba because i think its an amazing way to move my positive feeling to my students and make them feel good, confident , and help them to get in shape.
The most amazing feeling when I see my students eyes shine.
Join Zumba, Join me, and you will see what I mean! You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy, and fun! You can lose weight, get in shape, and have a lot of fun.
I also teach fat burning belly dance and aerobics
