Aisha Basova is a Hatha & Yin Yoga Teacher with the background in TM meditation & Reiki healing. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training 200hrs Course at AyurYoga Eco-Ashram in India (Mysore District) & Yin Yoga Teacher Training 50hrs with Jade Wood.  Her style is influenced by her passion for the power of self-healing, mind-body-soul inner awareness & balance.

She was introduced to yoga & meditation back in 2003 & since that time her life had been changed. She is inspired by the Traditional Authentic Hatha Yoga Style in the same time stays curious of other techniques & practices. 

Aisha incorporates the holistic approach to yoga & love to explore & experiment with the different sequences of asanas, pranayamas & meditation techniques. However, her awareness is constantly not only on body, mind, and soul complex but also on the energy centres & channels of the subtle body as well as emotions. 

Beside holding the certificate of Yoga Teacher & being registered with Yoga Alliance, Aisha has the Certificate of BodyBalanceTM  Instructor (the fusion of Tai-Chi, Yoga & Pilates) & Pilates Mat-1 Certificate.

She firmly believes in the power of breathing & meditation & self-healing  and her current  interests are spreading across Yoga for Women’s Health, Yoga-Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Breathing & Meditation, Esoteric Yoga, Yang & Yin Yoga, energy healing (Reiki & others),  Ayurveda, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine).

With a post graduate degree in Business Administration & General Management Executive Study from IIM Ahmedabad, I enjoyed a successful career in the corporate segment for over 2 decades spanning over 6 different industry lines such as, Wellness, Beauty & SpaHealth CareHolistic Wellness & Alternate HealingHospitality & IT. To strengthen my Mind-Body-Energy connection, I also embarked on an extensive study of various Alternate healing modalities such as 

Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Sound Healing, Drawing Analysis, Access Consciousness & Theta

Through this transformational journey, I established my independent practice as an Executive & Holistic Consultant with an aim to build a successful bridge between corporate & personal wellness. The tag line “My Life My Miracle”, is backed by the philosophy that every individual has equal potential to achieve anything & everything they want in life by just switching on the spot light within themselves.

Binita’s Yoga journey started over 10 years ago.  Her reason for practicing Yoga was to go somewhere after work where she could unwind from her busy day as a management consultant in London.  Noticing that she was able to relax and sleep well on the day she had attended class she took up Yoga as a regular activity.

A move to Dubai enabled her to re-think her career, she decided to pursue what she loved doing most: Yoga.  She joined a Hatha Teacher training course offered by her long-term teacher based in London.  The initial reason to join was simply to find out more about the philosophy of Yoga, however as the training progressed she quickly realised that she wanted to share her passion with others.  Binita is registered with REPs Dubai and is also a member of Yoga Alliance U.K.

Binita’s teaching derives from the belief that Yoga is for all and it provides tools and ideas for her students to carry with them in their day-to-day life.  She guides her students on a journey to reconnect the mind and body.  Each class is different, postures are selected to awaken the inner warrior when mental strength is needed, another can restore inner balance to achieve calmness; while another can facilitate the flow of creative energy – in turn, allowing the student to explore and see the infinite possibilities available to all.  She also believes Yoga is about having fun, enjoying and sharing the journey with everyone.

Daphne started her professional journey as a fitness coach in 2008. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy and is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer for over 10 years now. 

Passionate about teaching and driven by a strong will for personal growth, self- development and healing, she began her yoga journey. Following a serious spinal injury in 2014, she started practicing yoga as a form of treatment and this helped her heal tremendously and had remarkable benefits to her injured neck and overall well-being. 

In 2016, Daphne studied yoga in the Philippines, Bali and Dubai to pursue her love for yoga and further her career. She is certified by the Yoga Alliance and has teaching foundations in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Aerial Flow Yoga.
 
Being in the healthcare industry and movement field, she became an Elite Trainer, acquiring several certifications for manual therapy, corrective exercises, mat Pilates, women's fitness, sports conditioning and rehabilitation, nutrition, functional training and personal training, to name a few. She is fascinated with the discipline that involves body and mind through movement sequences inspired by yoga and Pilates, and that inspires her to teach her classes with great success.
 
She is deeply encouraged by her teaching vocation and interest in bringing wellness in her students and clients’ life. Her positivity and patience along with her inter-disciplinary experience, resulting from years of passionate work and study defines her motivational ability to challenge the students to better their practice through body awareness and mind power.

A Note On Yoga Practice:

"When you practice for a long time, it becomes part of you. When you don't practice for two or three days, your state of mind is not good. You should not be practicing to have a "good" practice, but instead to keep steadiness within yourself. Whatever happens outside should not affect your internal practice. Today, she continues as an independent consultant in the realm of mentoring, emotional intelligence and motivational speaking. 

A Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP), Timeline Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy (ABH), Nancy holds regular classes and workshops in mind-body wellness and yogic science. An active Kundalini Yoga Instructor with the Kundalini Research Institute, Nancy is always looking at new ways to deepen her teachings, currently working toward an accreditation to facilitate yoga for addiction programs. She is internationally certified by the Sivananda Vedanta Centre (Kerla) & The Yoga Institute Mumbai, she also practiced with elite Yoga Masters from different schools of Yoga and incorporates the Iyenger methods while practicing and teaching.
