MY name is Aisha Alhumoudi, from United Arab Emirates, graduated from Higher College of Technology as Diploma in Travel and Tourism, as well as Bachelor in International relations from American University in the Emirates. Since 2014 I had very unsettled life such as in relationships, finances and career and health. As much I am giving, I don’t see any improvement in my life so I felt so depressed, people not fair with me, treated me very badly from friends, family and worked. Introduction of the Theta healing and the founder: This treatment was developed by coincidence when Mrs. Vianna Stibal was in 1995, subject to cancer therapy, and the doctors had been pushed by amputations, after many therapeutic meetings and different styles, received a kind of hesitation and cosmic energy that there was a therapy style that he should be subject to spiritual communication with the creator. So this lady started to treat herself and it really said that she had healed cancer from a single session and started after therapy and develops that method of treatment.
I started attend theta healing workshops all the levels since 2017 as practitioner. Also, Certified from the founder Vianna Stibal as Instructor teacher of theta healing BASIC DNA AND ADVANCED DNA Instructor in Switzerland.

I asked myself; why I’m practicing yoga anyway? In my 4 years of experiencing yoga firsthand, my perception changed a lot not only my body physically but honestly my breathing and especially how I see life in general. My overall perception of yoga has changed when I enrolled myself in YTTC (Yoga teachers training Course ) in India Coimbatore. It deepened my knowledge simply because I studied how postures connect to the breathing techniques. How major joints work, body anatomy, muscles, ligaments etc.
Nowadays social media has a vast influence on people. It changes the original look of things, yoga is more than what you see on Instagram or Facebook. As a yoga teacher I’m excited to share the five principles in yoga : proper exercise (Asanas) proper breathing (pranayama )
proper relaxation (savasana ) proper diet positive thinking (Vedanta & Dhyana) these 5 pillars constitute the essence of teaching yoga thoroughly and mindfully, with the goal to focus more on one’s inner self.
There is the importance of yoga asana. Yoga Asana is arranged in a way to very gently move the joints and muscles in a specific way to create more awareness of the body postures, improve blood circulation combined with deep breaths.
Lastly, by relaxing deeply all the muscles the yogi can thoroughly rejuvenate the nervous system and attain a deep sense of inner peace , improve physical and spiritual wellbeing.
