Seeing our wounds, accompanying our shadows, accepting that we have been torn in places within .. separated from parts of who we are, burnt down to ashes.. might be a painful sight to see and an uncomfortable place to visit.  But, this is what it takes to rise like a beautiful magical Phoenix from the Ashes. 
May we be reborn. May we turn our dust to gold.

Allow me to hold space for you and your pain supporting you in finding your pleasure in that process. Let us come together to embrace our darkness which makes our light shine. Like a beautiful dark night with a constellation of burning stars that glow. You are worthy of being seen , you are worthy of Joy.
