The class is for all levels focusing on overall strength of body such as legs, arms,core, hips etc. We work towards our peak pose gradually enhancing self confidence and esteem.
Come practise with us at the Brahmamuhurta ( Creator’s Hour ) at 5 30 am in “Evolve & Transform 60 day Yoga Challenge with Weights” from 2nd Jan 2020. The Brahmamuhurta is 1:36 minutes prior to the sunrise and in the yogic world the most auspicious time to practise any practise. The Prana ( vital life energy ) is at the highest in the environment and the body is more conducive to receive knowledge and clarity. The pineal gland is secreting at its peak, which helps us to stabilise our body for our spiritual growth. During this period mind is like a blank sheet ; free of world impressions and the support from the environment is abundant to help you build your practise most effective. In true sense , during this Creator’s Hour, you will be creating yourself!!
Yoga Challenge Details:
- Dates: 2nd January - 1st March 2020
- Day: Sunday to Saturday at 5:30 am - 6:30 am
- Early bird Price (1 Give): 2700 Dirhams (valid until before 15th December)
- Regular Price: 2850 Dirhams
- Monthly Early Bird Price: 1400 Dirhams (valid until before 15th December)
- Monthly Reular Price: 1500 Dirhams
