The 21 Day yoga challenge was an absolute pleasant surprise. It all starts with an amazing Teacher 'Alpa' who worked on transforming our habits - food, exercise and emotional release - to the better. Since I have known Coach Alpa from Hot Yoga and Power Yoga, I knew from the beginning that the end result of my 21 day challenge will be absolutely good – though I have missed some days because I was on my annual travel. I’ve had mixed emotions in the beginning, but I have managed to control my emotions in just a span of two weeks. Changes were pretty wonderful – I felt stronger emotionally and physically; and most importantly, I felt peace in my soul. I was also able to change my eating habits since I started this exercise. I am more careful with my food which made my stomach pains a lot less. My sleeps were a lot tighter and needless to say, I wake up with a good boost of energy. I am now stronger mentally and physically! I highly recommend this program to anyone who seeks great transformation! Thank you very much Coach Alpa and EYC for the 21 day challenge :)

I did the 21 day challenge in August with Alpa and it truly is an amazing journey. A wonderful discovery to self realization . Started out with it being just another yoga class but ended up loving it . Alpa is a wonderful person and she has made the 21 day worth it . I truly and highly recommend this program to anyone who truly loves yoga most definitely

My name is Hamda, I have participated in the 21 Day Yoga Challenge my aim and intention was to lose wight, but was not sure how I will achieve it by attending yoga classes as I do intense cardio workout! Was shocked after few days of doing yoga on daily basis along with the diet, as I did not lost wight, but my body changed shape for best. Was very happy with result. Wish can attend one more time. Thanks Coach, Thanks Team.
