Eco Yoga Sanctuary designed this luxurious yoga retreat specially for women it will be a small group up to a maximum of 8 participants. You will stay in Pepper Trail in Wayanad it's one of the award-winning destination located in Kerala, India. Pepper Trail, has an amazing atmosphere in the middle of the coffee plantation, nice lush green view, serene and peaceful environment. The food is exceptional too. The class style will be Morning Breeze Yoga (Active Hatha Yoga) in the morning and Between Stars Yoga (Restorative Hatha Yoga) in the evening each one of us will come together and reconnect ourselves to mother nature, be grounded and to awaken our inner-bliss inside of our hearts. Awaken your heart in the magical setting of a 200-acre colonial spice plantation  and surrounded by the rainforests of Wayanad, Pepper Trail.  On this retreat, you will experience the Banasura Lake & Meenmutty Waterfalls where you can enjoy a day trip to this scenic lake surrounded by tropical forests and mountains, Guided plantation walk a guided walking tour through the spice scented pathways,We will visit Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary it's an opportunity to watch elephants, tigers, leopards and many more.., For Tea Lover we will visit the 100 year old Wenthworth Tea Factory offers an interesting tea experience, Daily sunset walk, Enjoy Escorted Cycling Tours and see the ancient temples, Awaken your spirit of adventure with a trek to the pre-historic Edakkal Caves, Thrilling rides in Open Jeep Safaris across plantations, countryside and the forests beyond, A leisurely guided walk through the birding hotspots of the plantation. Terms of Bookings and Cancellation:

  • To book a deposit of 50% of the retreat price is required. The remaining balance must be settled on or before January 15, 2020. All participants are be required to sign the liability waiver to participate on this retreat. 
  • Upon confirmation of your participation the cancellation policy will be effective immediately. 50% of the retreat price is non-refundable in any reason of cancellation. If the cancellation took place after January 15, 2020 the 100% of the retreat price is non-refundable in any reason of cancellation. Arrangements has to be made thus, there shall be no exemptions to this policy.
  • Any additional services required not specified on the given program is considered personal plans and might require supplementary charges
  • We will accept bookings until January 15, 2020. Thereafter will be subject to the availability of the accommodation.

About Asma:

Years ago, I fell in love with Yoga. Yoga has awakened every part of my body, nurturing a relationship of friendship, love and gratitude with every part me. Yoga has brought back to my life the feeling of happiness and joy from my daily yoga practice, breathing exercises and meditation. 

Eager to aspire women by my personal journey, I started teaching Yoga, to share a practice with value, lifestyle, philosophy behind Yoga practice. I've earned my Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Certificate after 300 Hours of Teachers Training Course. Furthermore, I'm a Time Line Practitioner, Choice Theory & Reality Coach, and a QATA Master Coach. I lead Yoga Retreats in all around the world and facilitate intimate women circles.

Each class I teach is a reflection of what Yoga taught me, that is to love unconditionally. This love comes with respect: to respect my body and not treat her like a stranger and to respect her desire to rest when she needs rest. Love that teaches me live the moment and enjoy it. Love that reminds to take things slow, everything will happen at the right time. I look forward to see lives I touch how self-awareness and taking good care of ourselves will lead us. Guiding, inspiring, and supporting until we all become the better version of ourselves.


Morning Breeze Yoga (Active Hatha Yoga)

This class designed more dynamic group of asanas.It generates prana (vital energy ).Its combination of balancing,sun salutations,seated postures ,standing postures ,back bending ,deep stretching ,breathing techniques and etc.Balancing asanas improve muscles coordination and postures,inducing physical  nervous balance and stilling unconscious movement .This conserves energy and achieves grace and fluidity of motion .

The focus required to perform these asanas with steadiness develops concentration and balance at the emotional,mental and physical levels,removing stress  and anxiety .

Between Stars Yoga (Restorative Hatha Yoga)

Using a combination of breathe practices, a gentle flow and a series of poses to open and release areas of tension, restorative yoga is the perfect way to wind down after long active day. These classes help shed the stresses of the day, leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease in both body and mind.
