To book a deposit of 50% of the retreat price is required. The remaining balance must be settled on or before December 15, 2018. All participants are be required to sign the liability waiver to participate on this retreat.

We will accept bookings until December 15, 2018. Thereafter will be subject to the availability of the accommodation.

Teacher's Info

Herny Astuti

She is certified as Yoga Archarya by her Guru, Swami Anand Krishna. She has been with Anand Ashram for more than 14 years and since the year 2012, she is full time taking care of the ashram.

She is living yoga as a lifestyle – fully ensconced in the practices of the eight limbs of yoga. Being able to facilitate others to take an inner journey to find the bliss within is her greatest joy.

Brief Introduction of Anand Ashram:

Anand Ashram, Ubud (Bali) under the auspices of Anand Ashram Foundation – Est. 1991, affiliated with UN though DPI – is one of several self-development centers founded by Spiritual Humanist, Swami Anand Krishna.

Anand Ashram welcomes all genuine seekers of spirituality – irrespective of their caste, creed, sex, faith or nationality.

Its vision is One Earth, One Sky, One Humankind, and its mission is Working for Inner Peace, Developing Communal Love, Realizing Global Harmony.


Brief description of AIM Yoga:

This flow of meditative gentle yogic postures, designed by Guruji Anand Krishna, has benefitted tens of thousands visiting our ashram, as well as attending our workshops outside, including the International Day of Yoga Celebration.

The practice is performed very gently following the ancient tradition and each posture is combined with affirmation:
