How to win: Follow and finish the race track by WALKING on the hot desert sands. The race is divided into stages with rest stations placed with thick mats.
International Ramdha Challenge is a new tournament launched as one of the innovated and distinct model from the Sports Tourism. On this challenge each participant will demonstrate their physical abilities while establishing a new healthy sport -- walking on hot sands. Accordingly, on this challenge will help you:
· Discharge excess electrical charges from your body
· Calm the nerves of your body, improve your mood, be more relax, calm and satisfied
· Strengthen your body’s immune system and increase resistance against diseases
· Sterilize and strengthen the skin of your foot, clean the pores and fight against fungi
· Treat skin infections on your feet
· Raise the efficiency of your sweat glands and sensory nerve endings on the soles of your feet.
