Amrit Kaur presents Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. Called "the yoga of awareness," kundalini yoga combines yoga poses, breathwork, mantra and meditation to provide a complete physical, mental and spiritual experience. 

Course includes:

-Psychology, philosophy and basic concept of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan

-Postures(asanas), exercise series to awaken the mind and free the body(kriyas) breath techniques(pranayam), the power of sound (mantra) and personal daily yoga practice (sadhana)
-Therapeutic benefits of each element of yoga practice and yogic lifestyle
-Learn how the chakras move energy through the body and how they affect the daily moods and emotions.

A 3 day intensive to make you sweat, smile and leave with a calm heart.

Day 1

We work on Awakening the 10 bodies and Open the heart center.

Day 2

A Kriya to attract opportunities and open the heart center even further. As Yogi Bhajan says: "the more I open myself, the more I attract. I don't need to struggle: I have the ability to attract opportunities."

Day 3


A Kriya for Calm and Open Heart. Develop stamina and inner strength. 


Amrit Kaur Khalsa is a Hatha and Kundalini Yoga teacher/lecturer. She has spent more than 5 years in self-discovery and the key to develop a long lasting 'happiness'. She now teaches how to deal with the daily challenges life has to offer with the practical combination of the ancient teachings of yoga, ayurveda and Raw food lifestyle.

Fees:

  • 400 Dirhams per day
  • 1000 Dirhams for 3 Days Workshop
