Business Policies & Terms of Service

Eco Yoga Sanctuary is committed to fostering a peaceful and transformative space for all clients and guests. By booking or attending any services, classes, workshops, retreats, or rentals, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the following policies, ensuring a respectful and harmonious environment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

2.1 Class Bookings

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session or full class fee being charged.

2.2 Workshops, Special Events & Private Sessions

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

2.3 Retreats

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.The remaining balance is due by the specified deadline.Cancellations after the final payment date are non-refundable.

3. Purchase & Payment Policy

All purchases, including class packages, memberships, and workshops, must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-transferable between clients. Prices may change without notice; existing packages remain valid until expiration. Chargeback disputes must be reported within seven days; unresolved disputes may result in account suspension.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for class packages, memberships, workshops, or retreats. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergency) upon receipt of documentation and management approval. Packages and memberships are non-transferable.

5. Privacy Policy

Personal data is used solely for booking, communication, and internal marketing. Client information is never sold or shared with third parties. Clients may opt out of promotional messages at any time. Strict security practices are in place, but Eco Yoga Sanctuary is not liable for unauthorized access beyond our control.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients must maintain a respectful and peaceful environment. Misconduct, harassment, or misuse of services may result in suspension or a permanent ban. Proper hygiene and attire are required. Clients are responsible for their belongings; Eco Yoga Sanctuary is not liable for lost or stolen items.

7. Health & Safety Policy

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before attending sessions. Participation is at the client’s own risk. Clients must adhere to safety guidelines provided by instructors. Eco Yoga Sanctuary reserves the right to deny participation to unwell clients.

8. Studio Etiquette & Facility Use

Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Mobile phones must be in silent mode. No outside food or drinks, except water, in practice areas. Eco Yoga Sanctuary may modify class schedules, instructors, or facilities without prior notice.

9. Liability Waiver

By attending, clients acknowledge that yoga and fitness activities carry inherent risks. Clients voluntarily assume all risks and agree not to hold Eco Yoga Sanctuary liable for injuries or losses.

10. Terms & Conditions for the Mindbody App

Booking through the app indicates agreement to all policies. Users are responsible for their account security.

11. Policy Changes & Legal Disclaimer

Eco Yoga Sanctuary reserves the right to modify policies at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates. Policies are governed by UAE laws.

12. Room Rental Policy

12.1 Booking & Reservations

Room rentals must be booked in advance and fully paid at booking confirmation.

12.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once if requested 24 hours before the booking.

12.3 Usage Guidelines

Rooms are designated for wellness, healing, meditation, and yoga practices. Renters must restore rooms to their original condition.

12.4 Time & Overages

Exceeding reserved time incurs additional charges. A 15-minute grace period may be granted if no immediate bookings follow.

12.5 Cleanliness & Care

Rooms must be left clean; damages are the renter’s responsibility.

12.6 Liability & Conduct

Eco Yoga Sanctuary is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.Renters must respect the space and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

13. Retreat Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due 60 days before the retreat. Cancellations after 60 days are non-refundable. Participants must attend all sessions; late arrivals or early departures will not be compensated. Travel insurance is recommended. Eco Yoga Sanctuary reserves the right to reschedule or cancel retreats; full refunds or credits will be provided.

14. Private Sessions Policy

Private sessions must be booked and fully paid in advance. 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Sessions must be conducted professionally and respectfully. All personal information shared is confidential.

15. Terms & Conditions for One-Month Unlimited Package

Valid for 30 consecutive days from the first attended class. Includes unlimited group yoga classes; private sessions, workshops, and events are excluded but available at a discount. A maximum of three no-shows or late cancellations is allowed per month. After the third no-show, access to future class reservations may be temporarily suspended.
