We are able to get more in tune with our needs, those of others and the environment. Our retreats explore yoga in a natural and quiet setting. They are ideal for people new to yoga or those already experienced. Retreats can be a mixture of yoga, meditation, discussion groups, chat, leisure and other activities

Alona Chyrva has been into yoga for many years with Masters in Europe, Middle East and USA. She is Certified Yoga Hatha Yoga Instructor (RYS 200 Yoga Alliance) as well as 30 hour of Yoga Alliance with Chris Chavez. Her Holistic Health Coach training comes from the world's largest nutrition school. The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. She holds Mater Degree in International marketing and Business Management. Her Hatha classes will bring you strength, flexibly, relaxation and mind clarity and harmony.
