Miyuki started yoga in 2010 in Tokyo, Japan. The original goal was one of exercise and a way to help her lose weight. However,
she immediately fell in love with the peace of mind yoga brought into her life, as well as the feeling of being refreshed after every
class.
In Ramadan of 2019, she took her first yoga class in English in Dubai, and found more time to dedicate to the pursuit of yoga in a
more committed way. As she spent more time practicing yoga, it began to evolve from just being a physical practice to the
discovery of the true essence of yoga to include the emotional and spiritual aspects as well. In 2021, she finished a 200 hour
yoga teacher training course (RYT200), which is certified by Yoga Alliance.

Anna is a 200 hrs certified Hatha Yoga instructor, as well as Aerial Yoga instructor (×2), experienced in Dubai (UAE) and Rishikesh
(India). During her sessions Anna focuses on all groups of muscles, using the actual body weight. She combines various technics,
including stretching and power yoga features, and offers Pop pilates classes (pilates without props). Anna is very passionate
about what she does, and she dedicates her full attention to all participants, offering personalized approach even in group
