Full Moon Meditation in the Beach

The moon has no qualms about letting itself be out shadowed by the sun over and over again. It knows, its light is never diminished, it is only obscure from the eyes of the seeker and only adds to their yearning by disappearing and appearing. The waves of the positive energy emitted by the moon and the sea will be complemented by the waves of sound created by Anuradha as she plays a medley of sound healing instruments. The beach is a place where the 5 elements of nature meet. Join the full moon ritual that coaxes you to realize and accept the negative within us, forgive and release what does not serve us and embrace the transformation that lies right behind the veils of the challenges we face.
