During the workshop, Ishara will guide you through a detailed analysis in to the dimensions of wellness and wellbeing using a holistic approach encompassing the body, mind and soul. It will be followed by an examination of how these principles can be incorporated in your current daily life.  Workshop will end with a Loving Kindness meditation.
