The Empowering Feminine

Do you sometimes feel as if no matter how much you continue to give and even sacrifice, no one appreciates your efforts?
Do you believe that thinking of yourself if selfish?
Do feel that you need to be perfect in order to be loved and appreciated?
Have you ever felt that in order to get anything done, you need to do it yourself as you can’t trust others to do it as well as you can.

If right now your life feels like hard work with many duties and self-sacrifice, join us for this amazing work shop where you will be given the keys to understanding which feminine archetypes you’ve activated and how to activate the empowering feminine cycle.

In a world considered by many to be a man’s world, being a woman and truly embracing one’s femininity can be a challenge. Many women feel trapped within the confines of the GOOD GIRL, slipping into the VICTIM archetype because they don’t receive enough love, appreciation, recognition, support and the list goes on. When the pain and suffering of being a victim and feeling resentful and unseen becomes overwhelming, the BITCH archetype is activated. This is the disempowering feminine cycle. It’s draining and frustrating.

What’s missing? THE WILD WOMAN. She knows what is best and stands WISE, WILD and FREE. So, how do we activate the empowering feminine cycle? How do we activate her?

Who is the Facilitator?
“My mission as a guide and coach is to help you to reconnect with yourself so that you may magnify your essence and reveal your magnificence to the world.

I do this through Integrative Coaching which is a process of creating a space for you to spark transformation sustainably by reconnecting with yourself, with your essence and truth. During the process, I support you in achieving your goals by helping you create even more wellness in your life focusing on both primary and secondary foods. With primary foods, I look at your relationships, career, physical activity and spirituality from a perspective of increasing wellbeing, balance and fulfilment. On the other hand, with secondary foods (what we have in our plates), you explore to find out what fits best with your unique bio-individuality to achieve your health goals thus supporting your life goals. I also create workshops to harness the power of groups in activating and accelerating healing for each individual and the group.”
