Self-Development Strategy:
What is the Self-Development Strategy Program? It is a program consisting of seven interactive and participatory female workshops to learn how to create a personal strategic plan and apply it for the year 2023. The program is based on strategic planning methodology, enhanced with neurolinguistic programming and effective communication between elements of the personal development plan. It is designed to align with women's mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. The program is built on empowerment, encouragement, and instilling confidence in the participants about the importance of uniqueness, excellence, and diversity!
Session 1: Introduction to personal planning and starting to put things in their right place and size.
Session 2: Identifying personal identity.
Session 3: Identifying personal values.
Session 4: Identifying personal capabilities.
Session 5: Identifying personal behaviors.
Session 6: Identifying personal environment.
Session 7: Reviewing personal plans and vision board for each participant.

Raising awareness about the importance of personal planning and its positive effects on different aspects of human life.
Raising awareness about the importance of internal and external communication during the planning, execution, and celebration of achieving results.
