It is a small group of aspiring women. We will stay in Four Seasons Hotel at The First Residence a (5 Star Hotel), a luxurious stylish colonial décor and panoramic city or Nile river and Pyramids. This yoga retreat is a perfect combination of yoga and outdoor gala. We offer daily yoga classes (Fayrouziyat)to prepare your body and mind to find the moments of pure presence in your daily activities. Our yoga retreat is held by highly experienced and certified yoga instructor and yoga therapy teacher (Asma Al Majed). Come and join us in exploring the ancient wonders of Egypt.

What to Expect:
Egypt is famous for its ancient civilization and some of the world’s most famous monuments, including the Pyramids you will get the chance to see the 3 main Pyramids (Pyramid of Cheops - The Great Pyramid, Chephren, Mykerinos) and Solar Boat it’s the mythical boat used by the sun gods of various polytheistic religions it’s an electric boat powered by direct solar energy. Be amazed with The Great Sphinx and the ancient temples of Luxor dating back thousands of years. Next You’ll visit El Muizz Street, where you will find famous bazaar and souq's in the historic center of Cairo, Next you will explore the Old Cairo (where you can find traditional coffee houses, souvenir shops, and street food vendors), Coptic Museum (you’ll see the hanging church, Ezra Synagogue etc.) & Mosques. The Egyptian Museum ~ It’s a must see tourist spot  (it is considered the house of the largest collections of Pharaonic antiquities and more..) An exciting experience in Nile River through Nile Maxim boat you’ll feast on a gourmet dinner as the Cairo skyline drifts by, then watch a belly dancer and “tanoura” spinning dance show. Let us take you on an incredible yoga and cultural experience.

Terms of Bookings and Cancellation: 

  • To book a deposit of 50% of the retreat price is required. The remaining balance must be settled on or before October 10, 2020. All participants are be required to sign the liability waiver to participate on this retreat. 
  • Upon confirmation of your participation the cancellation policy will be effective immediately. 50% of the retreat price is non-refundable in any reason of cancellation. If the cancellation took place after October 10, 2020 the 100% of the retreat price is non-refundable in any reason of cancellation. Arrangements has to be made thus, there shall be no exemptions to this policy.
  • Any additional services required not specified on the given program is considered personal plans and might require supplementary charges.
  • We will accept bookings until October 10, 2020. Thereafter will be subject to the availability of the accommodation.

About Asma Al Majed: 
Years ago, I fell in love with Yoga. Yoga has awakened every part of my body, nurturing a relationship of friendship, love and gratitude with every part me. Yoga has brought back to my life the feeling of happiness and joy from my daily yoga practice, breathing exercises and meditation. 

Eager to aspire women by my personal journey, I started teaching Yoga, to share a practice with value, lifestyle, philosophy behind Yoga practice. I've earned my Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Certificate after 300 Hours of Teachers Training Course. Furthermore, I'm a Time Line Practitioner, Choice Theory & Reality Coach, and a QATA Master Coach. I lead Yoga Retreats in all around the world and facilitate intimate women circles.

Each class I teach is a reflection of what Yoga taught me, that is to love unconditionally. This love comes with respect: to respect my body and not treat her like a stranger and to respect her desire to rest when she needs rest. Love that teaches me live the moment and enjoy it. Love that reminds to take things slow, everything will happen at the right time. I look forward to see lives I touch how self-awareness and taking good care of ourselves will lead us. Guiding, inspiring, and supporting until we all become the better version of ourselves.

Fayrouziyat Yoga (Gentle Hatha Yoga)

60 minutes  Gentle Hatha Yoga class provides a safe, effective, compassionate, non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all. This class combines asana, slows rhythmic movement, breathing, and meditation. Infusion of Fayrouz songs, the great Arab singer with an angelic voice, and classical music will be incorporated all throughout the class during the practice. A gentle flow class with series of poses to open and release areas of tension that's open to all levels. This is best for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. It will be gentle class with slow rhythmic movement to start the day in very special way!
