The COVID-19 Pandemic gave us tons of spare time to spend for ourselves. Due to the safety and preventive measure implemented in our community, all have to stay in their respective places and residences. We all knew that.

As we get to spend more time these days in our houses we all hope you make an extra space and time dedicated to your Yoga practice. For better immunity is your armour in this fight against the virus. The best way to strengthen and boost your health is to become healthy both inside and out.
