Our Sanctuary is open to events relating to yoga and health activities. We make sure that these events are relevant to the needs of each yogi and are helpful for the betterment of our community.We also have other events that are still good for the mind, body and soul.

Left-Handers, also commonly referred to as Southpaws, are the brunt of more than their share of jokes all year long. How do I know? Yup, you guessed it! It ain't easy being a leftie. But those of us who are would have it no other way. Lefties are proud of it.

On August 12 each year to recognize efforts of the world's youth in enhancing global society. It also aims to promote ways to engage them in becoming more actively involved in making positive contributions to their communities.
Note: All Youth are invited for a free yoga class.
