Week 3: befriending your emotions - when going through a separation it is important to see, feel and express your feelings. In this workshop we will address the silence within and tap into your emotional body.

Week 4: recovering your strength - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual resilience are important to cultivate on your path of recovery. In this workshop we find your strengths and realign you with them.

Week 5: living with wisdom- in life the ups and downs will continue to flow toward us, the key is to flow with wisdom and balance. In this workshop we learn to find wisdom in every situation.
